The Journey of Sustainable Seafood is Continuous and Ever Evolving.
In partnership with the Hawaii Seafood Council we started putting emphasis on the future of our waters and our resources. Starting in 2005 we started tracing our seafood sources from boat to table. Pioneering the way to ensure we are able to prevent overfishing, rebuild depleted stocks, and minimize by-catch and interactions with protected species.
